I will tailor your Yoga class specifically to your needs.


I teach an energetic, flowing Vinyasa Yoga class, suitable for all, focussing on the physiological problems of a typical Westerner (for example tight hamstrings, back pain, a stiff neck, overweight, sleep-problems and stress.).


I also teach Ashtanga Yoga (The Primary Series).


I love using all sorts of music in my classes but I also teach a more traditional Ashtanga class without music.


I am happy to discuss yogic philosophy in my classes, but if you are not interested in this branch of Yoga, don’t worry - I will not force it on you.


I like to keep my classes unpredictable and it is my goal to share a laugh in every single class.
